Full time students are enrolled in six courses per semester and twelve courses per year. For Full-Time enrollments, tuition charges are as follows:

• $2900 per Year (12 Courses)
• $1450 per Semester (6 Courses)
• $50 One-Time, Non-refundable Enrollment Fee
• $2950 Total per Year
• Additional Courses May Be Purchased At the Single Course Enrollment Rate

What Is Included

All enrollment packages include costs for curriculum, teacher and administrative wages, school overhead, etc. It also covers the cost for transcript requests and other student record related processes.

What Is Not Included

A one-time, non-refundable, enrollment fee of $50 will be added to all initial first-time enrollments to cover costs associated with enrollment. In addition, some classes may require additional materials, such as art supplies or novels (if not available from a local library or online source). Courses requiring additional supplies will be noted and should be reviewed prior to enrollment to insure adequate access to learning materials.

Withdrawal Refund Policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with the services and materials of Calvary Online School. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund your money based on the terms and conditions described below.

1-45 Days From Enrollment Start Date

• 75% of the tuition cost is refundable and will be applied to any remaining balance due, less the refund payment processing fees.

After 45 Days of Enrollment

• No refund will be available and all unpaid balances are due immediately
